"I put in an order on February 1st to be delivered on Valentines day and the order never arrived when I called they gave me the run around told me it would be delivered by 4 then I called back the lady lied and said that I told her it needed to be there by 530 and then assured me it would be delivered by 5pm never showed up so I gave it to 530 and still never showed up. When I called to get a refund a lady answered very unconcerned they a special day was ruined. I would not waste my time bor money dealing with this company ever again!"

"Unless you don't want your order delivered and then want to struggle to get a refund, I recommend using a different florist. Dealing with them has been a complete nightmare! At this point, I probably know the names of every employee who works there from calling them everyday but have yet to receive my refund. So, the person I sent an arrangement to, is "arrangementless" and I am "refundless", which makes this florist thieves. I'm only giving one star because I had to pick something in order to post.. You're not sorry that I had an unpleasant experience with your company because if you were, you would've either made the delivery after I brought it to your attention several times or refunded me my money by now. And I mentioned that I contacted your company many times, but you now want me to send an email about the same situation I explained to your employees multiple times??? Again, this florist is a FRAUD! I wish I would've read the reviews instead of just looking at the rating prior to making my purchase because other people experienced the same thing..."

"Over the past 5 years I have sent my sister flowers from Wessel's and they are aways gorgeous and long lasting. Customer service is fantastic; ordering couldn't be easier either over the phone or online. Highly recommend!"

"FRIDAY the 22nd I ordered and paid $110 for orchids to be delivered same day for a special birthday gift. The flowers never arrived! I calked the next day and was told the driver said no obe home. In fact, my friend was home, ill with the flu. I was told they'd be delivered following day, the day AFTER friends birrhday. THEY NEVER ARRIVED! NEED I SAY MORE!"
