"I ordered an arrangement for a family member in the hospital thru this florist directly. What arrived was no where near what I ordered. I called the next day and the owner remade the arrangement and it was sent within a few hours. Even though the first arrangement was sub standard, the florist corrected it and Made it right. That was wonderful customer service"

"everything is waaay too over priced for what they are selling. Spoke with manager (who barely knows english) apparently these flowers are high end and fresh, but when i opened up the fridge door it smelled like rotting fish! I have been back on multiple occasions, however i not once found something for a decent price that a normal person can afford. will not be going back as i am not paying high prices when cheaper and better options are at the grocery store."

"My experience with Countryside was great! I'm in a different state and ordered flowers for someone in VA for Christmas. After I ordered online I called to let them know they could deliver them anytime before. The person on the phone was super nice and made a note about delivery time. Even thought there was a snowstorm coming the flowers still got delivered on time and in beautiful shape."

"I ordered flowers through teleflora for my mom on Mom's day. Thankfully I showed up at her place and was able to bring up the flowers or I would have never known. On the tag was countryside florist and my heart sunk. Rather than the lovely bouquet of deep red tulips I paid for--my mom received a pathetic bunch of dinky pink tulips that look like the supermarket rejected them. I agreed to substitution--I did not agree to bait and switch. I'm raising a stink with teleflora--but buyer beware. The red tulips are what I paid for--the pink are what I got."

"I do not recommend ordering from here. I ordered the Hello Beautiful Bouquet for 59.99 for my grandmother's birthday and what she received looks nothing like it. I understand substitution are at times necessary but there wasn't even an attempt to stay in the same color theme. What she received doesn't even resemble the photo of what I order. I attempted to contact the store to correct this, maybe they accidentally sent the wrong item. I left a message with an associate and was told someone would call me the next day. I never heard from anyone so I attempted to call again, no answer."
