"It has been years since I have ordered from Holmes McDuffy but I was still in thier system which made ordering for my Mothers funeral so much easier. Flowers were beautiful and arrived on time to the chapel and a surprise was a small vase of complimentary flowers from the ladies at the flower shop. It was touching that they sent it along and it was much appreciated. Would trust them with any flower order. Thank you ladies!"

"We wanted to have as many local businesses a part of our wedding and Hutchinson’s flowers is THE place for Carroll County flowers. Tom (owner) was amazing throughout the entire process. He has an old school way of organizing what floral arrangements are needed for the wedding, but it works! Pricing is beyond fair. I gave him a picture of what I had in mind and he went above and beyond in every way. The flowers were absolutely BEAUTIFUL and stunning, and they lasted weeks after the wedding. He personally came to the wedding venue to ensure that every floral detail was perfect. I was so proud to be able to give the floral arrangements to our family and friends since we went on our honeymoon almost right after the wedding. He was even able to fulfill a last minute, day-of delivery when we needed one more corsage (someone in our wedding party changing her mind on the wedding day). We also had a unique situation where we had a 2nd wedding photo session one month later and he provided us matching bouquets for that too. His attention to detail and knowledge of flowers is really impressive. His flowers also last a really long time and smell beautiful. "I ordered Christmas arrangements for my 2 relatives in the local area using an online delivery service which can backfire. I was very pleased with both of the arrangements. They were delivered on time and both recipients were so happy. I know when you order online, what you get isn't always what is delivered due to local florists' inventory. Both of these were gorgeous and I would definitely order again if it came from Hutchinson. I can't say the same for the delivery to my dad which came from Frederick Florist.... not good at all."
