An extension should have been filed but the tax rep simply did nothing with my info. Never doing business with HR block again. Edit - I've already called the customer support number and they just gave me the IRS number lmao I had to repost this as this review was removed by the business :)))"

"Their tax professionals did my taxes wrong last year making me owe $500. I always purchase the extended peace of mind guarantee so I was told I would be reimbursed. The office professionals told me I should wait 4-6 weeks for my claim to be processed so I can get my money. I waited 2 months only to be told by customer service that no claim was ever submitted. I then had to visit their office several times over a two week period for someone to bother submitting the claim. Now it's been another 6 weeks and I've been told my claim is denied because the claim was submitted incorrectly and I'll have to try again. Don't waste your time or money here. I did my taxes myself for free this year and somehow did better than the tax professional I paid $350 to last year."
