"I ordered a deluxe package which was supposed to be about 12 in high and 13 in wide I got one that was like 8 1/2" high and about 6 1/2" wide with a bunch of dead dried up flowers in it the vase was about as big as this bouquet these people are a bunch of ripoffs when I called them they just said you're lucky we even delivered to you and we should have changed more. Not exactly worth $85 in my opinion."
