"They are contracted from our landlord to do the yard mowing however only in the vacant properties once lived in it's supposed to be the tenant responsibility. However the past two weeks now they still have come and do e our yard as well. The first time the only issue I had was rather than use a push mower they just took a weed eater and did the when yard with it which left some super short almost bare spots and other spots that were still missed and not cut. This second time not only was it the same way they did it but rather than give a notice so we could move our kids pool they ended up putting holes in it and ruining it. Then the boy whom looked stoned as hell told his boss it was like that and he ran out of string at the corner of the yard. I replied with then why was he running the weed eater around the pool if he had no string. Then the boss asked me if I had tape which wouldnt be enough to fix this then said well I dont have anything in the truck and they all loaded up and drive off while I'm left to calm my kids down from crying as thier 1 week old pool is leaking out all the water now."
