"I have been going to Housers produce for a very long time. Usually around fall. However this year I was in need of Roma tomatoes. The woman who answered the phone informed me they didn't have Roma but they had canning tomatoes. When I said I don't think that will work for my sauce, she actually started snickering and laughing. Very unprofessional! I use Roma and San Marzano, just because I don't use random canning tomatoes in my sauce doesn't mean I don't know what I'm doing. There was no need for laughing. The produce is good but maybe work on the customer service skills over the phone."
