"The staff in the eye / ear care unit is very friendly, and accommodating. However the young woman downstairs that is there to assist you in finding your way around is absolutely useless. She was asleep when I walked in, and not any help at all."

My appointment was for 9, I was finally seen at 9:32 with and apology for my long wait. I have UPMC insurance, but the hearing aids I was shown were expensive which seems to be the norm for anything bought from UPMC that it will more expensive than any other place with similar items."
