"I dropped all of my information off 4 weeks prior to the tax deadline. I was told that it would take no longer than two weeks. With no response after three weeks I called and left multiple messages with no response. When someone did answer they said that they would look into it, but I never received a call back. I visited the office on multiple occasions and was told that Bryon would get back to me. Again no call back. I went to the office the day before the tax deadline and was told that my taxes were done and the packet should be done in a day. No call. I received an email stating that they had filed an extension. I’ve made numerous calls and stopped by the office since then and everyone just throws their arms up in the air and says I’ll check with Bryon. So now I’m two weeks late, paying interest daily on any taxes I owe and still no call or resolution. The worst part is that my return is nothing out of the ordinary, just a basic tax return."
