"Poor service and deceptive advertising. They got us for an extra $5 but lost a new customer who would have been a regular. We will continue driving several miles to another nursery. It was very nice of the owner to issue a full refund, but a bit puzzling since the attendant described this business's unusual method of calculating a BOGO deal and basically told us we were mistaken for expecting it would be "buy one of this item, get another for free." The attendant certainly didn't even offer to refund the $5 in question. After reading the owner's response, I did give the business a second star, but in the future I will go back to my usual nursery where I don't have to second-guess the pricing."
