"I didn't read the reviews so I don't know what others have said about this place. I, however, am saying that I went there for mums. Great prices! I hadn't eaten and saw they have food. I ordered the smoked beef no bun, coleslaw and a diet pepsi. The pepsi was better than Taco bell. The beef was the best I've eaten and the coleslaw was amazing as well. I'm very picky. Go to this place in Sharpsburg, MD. It's a gorgeous drive and some of the best food ever. They also have ice cream but I was too full to try it."

"My one corsage had turned out very nicely. HOWEVER, I have only ever placed two orders with them before. My my freshman prom and my sophomore homecoming. Both times I had placed an ordered well in advanced. The first time we came in the morning of and it wasn’t ready (okay understandable, we would just come back later!) we come back in four hours later and there was no progress done. And afterwards we still had to wait about an hour and a half. The second time we placed our order they never got to our flowers and it came picture time and we were left with nothing. My corsage I did receive was beautiful but I placed both my orders well in advance in fear of time management being a problem and unfortunately it was. I would love to have my corsage and boutique done this year for my senior prom just like my sophomore year one had turned out but i am unfortunately too afraid I’ll end up with nothing )):"

"Let us start with the positives: Offered and executed same day delivery. I am giving a 1 star because even though I knew there had to be a variation in flowers and arrangement the arrangement that was delivered was very disappointing. I didn't do 1800 florists because they usually end up like this and called directly from the businesses website! I looked at arrangements on their facebook and they looked rather nice. This looks like something I could get at the grocery store if even that good. I called the owner to express my concern. He got on the phone and actually said " what do you want me to do, I personally delivered it myself and it was fine!" If you compare the two pictures the one I got was definitely not a $75.00 arrangement! I should have just called rooster vane like I normally do i stead of using this business. I just wanted the owner to make it right, wasn't about getting my money back. I hope in the future this does not happen to anyone else. It is disappointing when you are sending it to someone to brighten their day and the person designing it could have cared less."

"An order was sent to me as a surprise for mother's day. In the special instructions it was asked that it be delievered to me at work before 1 pm. At 9:23 a staff florist employee called to tell me they had a flower order for me and asked if I could pick them up when I got off work. Wow, not only was it a surprise that was paid to be delivered it was expected for me to pick them up. When I called to voice my unsatisfactory service the phone was answered like a house phone with just hello. I made sure I called the correct number. When I began to explain the individual on the other end says "hold on I have a customer walking in". I was called a liar because I explained usually the florist that is used from Brunswick doesn't call and tell me about my surprise. Then I was told because it was an online order they didn't receive it until 12:30 pm (a half hour before they were to be delivered by). How is that when I was called and told about it at 9:23 am? I will make sure my family NEVER uses them again."

"Flower arrangement came quicker than I was expecting, and they looked professional and beautiful, which I was extremely pleased with -- the florist here does amazing work, and it shows. I was surprised, though, when there was an additional $15 charge placed on my credit card, which the florist and I did not discuss. I called and left a message with the shop, describing that I wished to speak to someone about this anomalous charge on my card. Jamie, the shop owner, got back to me within what seems to be minutes after hearing my message. He was understanding and apologetic, and offered me a complete refund on my order as a remedy. That kind of compassionate customer service is simply unavailable from other businesses. In the future, I will be purchasing my floral arrangements from Mountainside Florist."
