"We went to Plasterer's Florist for the spray for my mother's casket. What a debacle! First, the salesperson who initially dealt with us treated us like we were an inconvenience in her day. She had no empathy and zero personality. We almost went to another florist, before we asked to deal with the designer. We placed our order and hoped for the best. Here we are the day of the viewing and the flowers were delivered, but they forgot the ribbon. And I called to see if I can pick it up and there's no answer to my call at 1:30 PM in the afternoon. Would NOT recommend!"

"I received flowers from this establishment from which the order was placed online from a loved one afar. Neither of us were familiar with this florist, but from the pictures provided on the FTD site in comparison to the arrangement that was received, I plan on becoming far more familiar with this business. Online ordering has really taken away from the expectation of getting what you see, per what’s available, ya-da ya-da ya-da. And the majority of the time the you don’t even receive an equivalent of the original posted selection. I’m elated to have been gifted such beauty from a provider that obviously takes great pride in their products. Thank you for caring☺️"
