"Dr. Mowery is the best! We’ve had a hand full of other providers in here that are real gems too! We did have a terrible experience here following the birth of our youngest son, but we are glad we didn’t write the whole facility off just because of one doctor who shouldn’t even be practicing. The rest of the staff have compensated for her short comings."

"We have an 8 month old daughter and have had a fantastic experience with the office thus far. From well visits to sick visits, it is relatively easy to schedule with the office. They are extremely efficient for the most part. Today, we were in and out for a (albeit straightforward) sick visit in 20 minutes! The staff and providers have all been professional and warm. I would highly recommend them to a family looking for a pediatrician."

"I had a well visit scheduled for my daughter. I thought the time was 530 but apparently it was 430. We went into the office and the front desk woman said that we were marked as a “no show” no one called with a reminder even though while we were walking in she was calling people to confirm future appointments. Told us that there were no evening well visits available for today only sick visits (there was not a single person in the waiting room) never asked a doctor or tried to make an accommodation to have us seen. Instead offered us an appointment 2 months from now. We will be changing pediatricians. Zero customer service. Made no attempt to be helpful. Would NEVER recommend this office."

"The entire staff at Mountainview has always been efficient, kind and extremely competent. Dr. Mowery has gone above and beyond in the care he has provided for our son. He is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. We could not have asked for a better pediatric care team!"

"This office used to be great, most of the doctors are still nice but the overall office staff have gone downhill over the last couple of years. Office staff is not very patient and tends to be rude. The most recent issue that’s made us reconsider using this office is when I called to confirm the hours and process for using their sick visit walk ins. They stated we are able to walk right in during the specified hours to be seen. When we arrived the front desk woman was very rude and said we would have to go back to the car and call to “make an appointment”. I told her that’s not what the woman said when we called but it was fine and asked if there was an estimated wait time. She said she had no way to know, understandable. When we called from the car I explained my sons symptoms and the woman sighed loudly over the phone and said well it’s gonna be a long wait, we’ll call when we’re ready for him and hung up. So unprofessional and rude when working with children."
