"Horrible experience with Fauzia. We couldn't file our 2022 taxes until 2023 because she kept disappearing, not answering our calls or emails. She submitted our taxes online and it didn't go through but she didn't notice and didn't bother telling us. We later received an email from IRS asking us to submit our taxes. Very unprofessional! We don't even have our 2022 returns on the website now because she didn't upload it. We go with H&R Block every year and it's been always a great experience until we worked with Fauzia!"

"New location is beautiful! They are at Sharpe Square business & residential building, located in Suite 2 on the side of the building facing Motter Ave, across from all the lovely old houses. Staff was wonderful, & quickly answered questions I had about a dreaded IRS letter."

"Did a good job but was way too expensive. If you can do it online yourself or go elsewhere. If I knew they were going to charge as much as they did, I would have not gone through with them and done it online myself or looked elsewhere. Not to mention their location is a hassle to get to and not sure if their new location will be easier for clients to get to. I won't be going again next year. The most I have ever paid to get my taxes done. Also I have to be the one to call to check on the status of my amended tax, not the other way around."

"Very quick. Was able to upload documents before appointment, so when we went in, we are done super quickly because she was able to load our information in before we even got there. We just had to double check it."
