"My cat was sick and I called Dr Castimore office and they receptionist was so nice. I explained what was wrong with my cat and they gave me an appointment for the next day. I asked if they had any cancellations if they would call me. 1/2 hr later they called me with a cancellation. The care my cat received was so caring and how they treated my cat and myself was with compassion and respect.
