"My poor baby girl had 3 miss diagnosis over 2 months from this office. She was sick the whole time, they said it's reactive airways to asthma and strep throat....well no it was rsv, then pneumonia. 2 months of my child being scary sick, last time I talked to them they said good luck without a follow up call from her PCP from this office. That was the immediate sign that east suburban was not our best choice for pcp. Not too mention the doctor called children's during our second opinion to argue with our new doctor that they gave her enough antibiotics (very unprofessional when a family is looking for second opinions) and no they didn't give her enough, first round didn't work so what do you do?? Cut it in half?? Yeah that'll work... If you care about your child's health I would stay away. My review pretty much affirms the review directly below, they did it to us too"

"I recently wrote a review about the same practice for the Monroeville location. Unfortunately, I’m going to write one for this location too. This review is in regards to a nurse practitioner by the name of Rachael Dorben. After being disregarded so many times there, we decided to leave the practice. I brought my son in multiple times to be seen when he was very ill throughout the winter. We saw Rachel, and she insisted my son was fine. She refused to treat him. Her visit notes are empty, she didn’t even acknowledge us being there. Be careful bringing your kids to this location. Never see this nurse practitioner. She will pretend like you don’t even exist, and will not even write a visit summary for your child. She won’t believe anything you say, and you will have no record of your child ever being seen. Stay away from this practice."

"After having been a family with East suburban pediatrics for 19 years I am disappointed to say that the care by specifically the physician staff has been poor. Over the past several years I have made appointments with the CRNP providers only for well visits because of how we were treated by the physicians. A recent sick visit with one of my children was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any physician pediatric or adult. This review is specifically about the physician care. The nurses, advanced practice nurses and office staff are wonderful."
