"Ordered flowers (bouquets, boutonnières, pins, wristlets, flower petals, etc.) for our wedding. Met with floral department to make sure quantities of everything needed was made clear. Floral department said they understood what all we needed. Day of the wedding when flowers were picked up, 6 boutonnières were missing. Martins floral department blamed the person we had picking them up for it, and said Martins floral made no mistake. Went to Martins after the wedding to figure out what happened, Martins floral realized it was their mistake. They offered to refund us $30 when we spent almost $400 on everything and still never apologized for blaming us for their mistake."
