"I recently received a gift from Gifted Hands in Murrysville, which was a furry poncho. Initially, I loved it and wore it once, but unfortunately, it shed all over my clothing, and I couldn't remove it with lint rollers or tape. When I returned to the store to explain the situation and inquire about an exchange, I was informed that, due to the elapsed time (more than 30 days), I could only receive a $13 store credit. I was disappointed not only with the product but also with the lack of customer focus in resolving the issue. The absence of a sincere apology or a proactive effort to make things right left me feeling that my business was not valued. While I've appreciated having a shop with unique gifts and personal items nearby, the overall customer experience fell short. I hope my feedback can contribute to improvements in customer service and product quality."

"I was there on 1-13-23 around 4:00 in the afternoon. There were 2 employees there. Went to check out, and the one woman came over and turned her back on me and started working on something behind the counter. Then a younger girl came over and started a conversation with her. Meanwhile, I am standing at the register, and both of them are completely ignoring me. I had to say “I’m ready,” before the younger girl waited on me. The other woman never even turned around. Neither of them even said one word to me. I was really taken back on how extremely rude they were. I will probably never go back. The funny thing is I was talking to a friend about it, and she said exactly the same thing happened to her, and she’s never gone back since."
