"This office clearly doesn’t pay attention or keep up with their patients. My grandfather passed away in May and their office cared for him in the hospital prior to his transfer to hospice care and they have continuously called for appointment reminders. When I spoke with them they said that it’s my fault because I didn’t call them to let them know he died. I continued to receive calls even after leaving a message asking them to stop. They said it’s their normal practice to continue to call."
