"If I could give a half star or zero stars, I would. My wife spoke with the doctor on the phone who told us to call upon arrival and someone would take us back to our room, so our 3 day old son didn’t have to wait in the waiting room. Didn’t happen. When we asked for a mask (middle of winter, peak respiratory season) we were handed 2 child sized masks, and was told that’s all they have, and that was followed by a laugh. As of right now it’s UPMC policy that all facilities require a mask, there were none available for anyone, nor were the receptionists wearing them. After our sub par to mediocre experience in the back with the doctor and nurse, we were told to just drop the papers at the desk, and take our 3 day old son outside since we were “afraid of the germs”. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Office and rooms also felt dirty, especially for a place that sees nothing but children. With it being the middle of winter and respiratory illness at its peak amongst adults and children, after leaving I did not feel like this office was a safe and suitable option for the continued care for our son."
"Office staff is very rude and completely unprofessional. Patient care is not their priority. Staff yelled at me on the phone when trying to schedule an appointment for a sick child with an ear ache. I requested a return call from the office manager and never received a call. They had no sympathy that I had a sick child at home that needed to be seen. A human, not just a chart number. We have had kids a patients there for over 10 years. Care has consistently gone down hill. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this practice to anyone."
"Dr. Sudol is not out for your child’s best interest. She blindly follows guidances without caring for the parents’ decisions. She also told us to sleep with our child in his car seat on our bed while we sleep."
"I've been taking my son here since he was a baby, been almost 9 years now. Dr. Kelly is fantastic and knows how to relate to children and parents! Never had any issues except the occasional longer wait than normal but you'll have that at any office."
"If I could give them 0 stars or less I would. The front desk was friendly but the nurse and doctor made me feel as a first time mom I wasn't doing my job. They certainly didn't offer help only instilled fear in me and sent me to children's because as a breastfeeding mom with a 3 day old my milk hadn't come in due to some complications in the hospital. I will never recommend to friends especially those who want to breastfeed. They never suggested a lactation consultant or offered help only shamed me for not switching to a bottle and formula. Absolutely horrible experience and would never bring my children here."
