"Update: Having 4 kids and having been to different practices since we are from Chicago, this is by far the worst practice anyone could ever think to bring their children. If you care about you kid’s safety and well-being as well as your own, DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. They are probably the worst people with the worst way of thinking and will do things to hurt you and your children. They will cross lines that should never be crossed without even batting an eye and then act as if everything is ok. This Nursing staff is extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. Don’t even get to see the doctor when we go in. I’ve been going here for a few years and finally had enough. We will be switching practices. Cannot recommend enough NOT TO GO HERE. Horrible people with horrible ethics and practices! Simply put for your own benefit, DO NOT GO TO THE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE. Stay away. That’s the best advice I can offer you."

"I was told to keep feeding my child cows milk formula when he’s clearly been having an allergic reaction to it (vomiting, eyes swelling, etc), and I apparently have post partum depression so this pediatrician thinks that means I didn’t want to have my son (which is not true in any way and clearly rubbed me the wrong way), also felt like she was very aggressive and rude to me when I asked her questions so Do Not Go Here"

"Mistreated my son twice! My younger son (4 years old at that time) had all symptoms for pneumonia and fever. I asked the Dr to double check or to do a x-ray. But they kept saying they didn't hear anything unusual in his lung. A few days later, I have to bring my child back because he was getting worse with fever. Another doctor checked , hear his lung and said nothing wrong . And I didn't believe him and strongly demanded a X-ray (my older son had pneumonia before.). The hospital found the inflammation at my son's lower part of lung(close to his stomach which made it hard to hear) at the X-ray. I can't imagine what would happen if I believed the doctors or if I didn't bring my child back a few days after his check up. These two doctors who didn't hear anything on his lung and ignored all other symptoms need to get more training! I would give ZERO star if I can!"

"When we moved we had to switch from 1 of their partner offices that we loved. Thankfully we have been going here for several years now and the doctors are wonderful. The nurses are great too!!. There used to be 1 that I wasn’t crazy about and her lack of patience with young kids and them being scared of a vaccine but I don’t think she is there anymore. I will gladly continue taking all of my kids here."

"My daughters have both gone here for 15 years. In fact, my older daughter is 18 and is choosing to stay here until they kick her out! They've gotten appointments easily, were examined and listened to thoroughly, and I'd heartily recommend this practice to my family and friends."
