"Easy to see and hear "The "Audience" put on by the excellent British Players. Seats a bit hard to be comfortable in for the longish performance. You might want to bring a cushion for your seat."
"Enjoyed The British Players Pantomime of the Wizard of Oz. Lots of fun! Great for kids and adults!"
"Just went to watch Guys and Dolls! The performers were phenomenal. But the direction of this musical, not so much. Very basic, similar to a junior high production. The lighting for the show was quite poor as well, unfortunately. However, the sound and music were excellent! There was virtually no set on stage, with the actors been directed (I assume) to just use the available space on the stage and pretend there was a set?? Parking was a real sore point. Very limited parking is available so we had to park over two blocks away and walk in the freezing and rain. The intermission candy and chips (all they offered) was very cheap, so that was a plus. The bleacher seats were comfortable, which was a real blessing (in comparison to some other non-professional theatre's). Thank goodness for the talent of the performers and musicians, or this show would have been a bit of a bust. Probably won’t indulge this theatre again , but look forward to watching the wonderful performers elsewhere."
"We were there only to attend the Montgomery Art Association's "Paint the Town" Labor Day Weekend Show. The 2-hour long reception was very well attended."
"This is the Kensington Armory. We saw a Victorian music hall review that has played in several years past and with selections that were also part of the Old Bull and Bush review at the Old Vat theatre in Washington DC. Albert Coia featured in all of these and he is worth the price of admission by himself."
