"This office charged my insurance for something that both the doctor and the nurse agreed should not have been billed to my insurance and they said that I should not worry about it and that they were going to take care of it. After no word from them I get an email from ahn saying my bill is about to enter collections. It took me two emails to even get a response but when I got the response they told me it was billed correctly and I have to pay it...., after telling me it was an error on their part and they were going to take care of it. Not to mention, when we were in the office for this visit Sara PA left a tool sitting on the table and as she was examining my daughter my daughter got ahold of it and stuck it in her ear. The PA actually had to make sure she didn't rupture her eardrum. The tool shouldn't be left around for a toddler to pick up, if you work in pediatrics you should know this. Avoid this office unless you want to be treated like this."

"Caution yourself before choosing this pediatrician! They diagnosed my daughter with a yeast infection over a year and a half ago, the treatment they gave for it eventually stopped working. I brought this to their attention numerous times and they said it wasn’t necessary to see her but only to call in a refill for the medication that wasn’t working. They refused to provide another alternative only added that a baking soda bath would be the cure. We started homeopathic treatments at home that a physician friend recommended and it seemed to help but eventually they stopped as well. Referred back to the office only for yet again another refill. The nurse over the phone - Becky - is horrific to deal with and doesn’t return calls. Finally and it’s a shame that I allowed myself to believe them for so long- decided to leave the practice. Switched to kids plus and on the first visit they did a culture to find out it’s not yeast...my kid has been suffering for over a year and they didn’t even have it pegged down. Such a shame because the front office people were wonderful but the physicians and nurses are not educated or sympathetic enough to care about pinpointing the issues of their patients. Now that we have left - getting medical records is an utter nightmare. Don’t make your babies suffer like mine did at the hands of negligence."
