"There is little doubt that the quality of the work done by Sight and Sound is excellent, but their willingness to help a former customer on a small job has been lacking. I needed someone to take over my Control4 automation system for my home theater, and they are effectively the only company in the area that can do it. Despite multiple calls with multiple sales staff at the company, they have refused to even book a future appointment; I have acknowledged that this is a busy time for them, and I'm willing to wait until February to have this handled. It seems that my job is too small to even justify follow-up calls when promised. I am going to have to abandon the system entirely, which is hugely disappointing for me."
