Family Dollar

"I spend alot of money at family dollar because thier prices have always been great. I hope they never jac the prices up to where I can't afford stuff. My only complaint right now is, have more packs of Kool aid and more toilet paper. I think they're still recovering from the pandemic."

"Staff was fast to help me. Greeted me when I entered. Reasonable prices on their products. Easy to find parking."

"This store might as well close down since once again closed at 8:30 on a Saturday night and it was closed earlier yesterday!!! But hey theres employees in the store until after 10pm so they get their hours. Hey I’m sure that there’s a lot of people that would agree with me that if the store managers want to close early, they should be fired or take the store out of the plaza and let them bring a store in that will stay open!!! There’s a lot of people that shop here because it’s on the bus line and I’m tired of calling the store to ask if they are open and they say yes so I catch a bus or pay for Uber only to get there and it is closed except for their friends and now the store up the street is starting to do the same thing of closing early!!! I wonder how much money the company is losing by the managers closing whenever they want to??? A very disappointed customer"

"Walked into the store and the Cashier Kerstie asked for me and my daughter to hand her our shopping bags as we walked into the store. Another customer of another race walked in and she didn’t address the customer with the same concern. I felt racially profiled and attacked tonight. Thank goodness I’m not ignorant like others."

"Lines are long. Some cashiers are rude. Items in store are scattered. No prices on most items. Only have small grocery bags. No longer carry large bags. Disappointed with the ways items are not in one spot. Small clearance items are not marked down. Pay employees more and they might be motivated."
