"I graduated 2018 I lost my hvac certificate. I have called the school 3 days to get a hold of the guy in charge of the hvac. I left messages no return calls."

"Today I wanted to publicly post a review on how much a truly genuine and dedicated educator of a skilled profession or professions impacts, improves and provides such a rewarding experience and is a key component in an overall very rewarding experience for us , the students, of which ever college or trade school we are currently receiving our education from. Mr P, one of the hvac program instructors , also the program director here at Fortis Institute in Lawrenceville, New Jersey was truly missed today at school. Today I missed Mr. P because he is always here to say exactly what needs to be said; the supportive , the constructive, the positive and the honest truth regarding the critical and concerning setbacks and barriers that are conflicting to my performance, productivity , progress and success in our schools hvac program. He is straightforward and honest in his feedback, consistantly and effectively communicating with us and always incouragageing us to ask questions about anything we don't understand. He does a all of The sudden quick quiz as a open classroom. Participation to keep us on our toes and to make sure we are listening and learning the facts.. He asks for the reason we did not or was unable to attend school for that day. He wants to know if there is something we are struggling with or finding difficult that is going to interfere and prevent us from committing to attending school on a daily basis. He wants to know what problems we have that are going to keep us from showing up every day and completing the program ahead of time so we can find the solutions and overcome any obstacles in our life preventing us from showing up to school and or showing up to school on time wearing our school uniform.. Regardless of our efforts and or lack there of Mr P is continuously consistently communicating and providing constructive feedback and possible solutions to help eliminate any restrictions or hinderences to us getting every shot at this education and learning skillset. I apologize for this interruption in my review however I would like to give a shout out to Mr P because I find him to be an honorable man through his diligence , dedication and determination to each one of us students success and us becoming certified hvac technicians. Thank you and see you tomorrow at Fortis Institute of technology in Lawrenceville New Jersey."

"I hope this mssg finds someone. I went here in 2016 and didn’t graduate until 2018 because I had to take loa a few times. They only care about your money! I went for the Dental Assistant program and I still have to work 3500 HOURS before even being certified!! That’s almost 2 years and I did over a year at the school. The tuition is 18000 but after financial aid I still ended up paying 11000. Please find another low costing school that will actually take the time to teach you and is CODA APPROVED! Do your research or even yet go to Hygiene school! Isn’t worth it"

"Fortis Institute is a Great learning Institute. You will get out of it what you put into your own desire for a Great education. It is also a great foundation to get your foot in the door to start your dream career with out taking 4 years to reach it. It is not hard but you do have to put real effort into your life and learning. This is not a place for games or wasting your money. You wiIl meet great peers and supporting staff members who really do care for your success if your serious. The only issue I see a problem with is not many school accept the credits if you choose to continue your education in a college level school. Fortis plus who I am is the reason I am successful today and working in a Great hospital. I truly enjoyed my experience of 9 months at this school.. :-) Good luck to all students and prospective students."
