"I am not sure how this place only has a 3.7 star review. They are very friendly to me when I go in. Also, Moctar, one of the employees or owner, not sure which, gave me samples because I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy a specific product. They have excellent customer service, if you ask me. Not to mention, the products are cheaper than most of the tobacco stores around here, at least for what I get. The store is clean and organized, everything is easy to find. "I have been loyal to this place. My pods I bought on the way to Florida were a BAD batch. One actually leaked out and dried before it was in my hands. I didn't notice till we got down the road. The blueberry mngo pods are my favorite. I spoke to one guy on the phone they said sorry no refunds. At this point I'm done and would like a refund. I even tried and they tasted burnt. Its never a dark brown color."
