"Dr Chi is the best! he did tubes and a lip tie release on my two year old daughter! he was so comforting and listened to all of my concerns and questions. the procedure was so quick! took about five minutes total. he really knows his stuff. i would recommend him for any child needing an ENT procedure! the anesthesiologist was amazing as well, very kind, sweet and reassuring. the medical assistants and nurses especially Julie were all wonderful as well. we were well taken care of during this visit!"

"From start to finish these people went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience for my child and myself. They are such amazing people who work there. Big, special shout out to the recovery nurses. Jean, the head nurse, and Katherine (?) Sorry if i got the names wrong, but you three who took care of my daughter and i are seriously the best! So caring and helpful! If you want the best care go to this place! When we got there my daughter was super hungry which they understood and immediately brought in a nurse with a bunch of toys, coloring pages, crayons, fidgety, and more! That way to keep her occupied and not focused on her hunger or what was to come in surgery. The doctors walked me through the entire process, including anesthesia doctor. It was very comforting to know exactly what was going to be happening in the room. And what to expect. Dr. Woods, thank you for taking such care of my baby!"

"We’ve had our sons here a few times over the years. The staff are so awesome here! They make it all about the kids and make us parents feel so at ease. They go the extra mile in so many ways it’s so thoughtful. Flavored slushies, scented anesthesia, games on the walls, free snacks and beverages for parents, timely, prompt and communicative. Highly recommend!"

"Everytime I go to this in particular children's hospital it is not over crowded like you see when you go to the Pittsburgh location. They are friendly; they get you in and out. The child I took there to get surgery done they were great with me and great with him. They explained how they were going to start the surgery and let me know as soon as he was done with surgery. We were not rushed out of the post op room when he came to. They gave him a toy and a pillow case along with a card by the doctor's after he was done with surgery."
