Reviews
"Best spot around if you're in the Richboro/Southampton/Warminster/Newtown, et. al areas. They've done nothing short of stellar work on many of my instruments. Thanks for being great!"
"Richboro music did excellent work on the electronics on my acoustic guitar. They went above and beyond in troubleshooting the issue, installing new preamp and pickup, and explaining the work. They are true pros and the overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend them for any work on your guitar. Five starts all around."
"This review is based on my personal experience only - I haven't had a chance to take music lessons at Coyle's Richboro Music, therfore, I will focus strictly on Customer Service and Guitar Repair/Maintenace aspect of this amazing place.... Number one - Great customer service! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Guys who work there take time and think ouside-the-box to address every aspect of your issue/question. If they do not know the answer right away, they ensure to point you in right direction for resolution. They always go an extra step to help you, or find an alternative solution to your inquiry. It is a delight to see such level of Customer Service still exists and valued. As far as Guitar Repair/Maintenace goes... I cannot say enough about the quality and attention-to-detail that goes into every single instrument on Kevin's bench. Not only that he tackles complicated, close to impossible issues, Kevin also gives recommendations that would make one's playing better/easier. If there are hidden, or unknown "surprises" that were not on the original scope of work, Kevin adresses them too. In short, after Kevin is finished with your instrument, it is hard to put it down - it constantly draws you in asking to be played. So far, I had 6 guitars that were fixed and set up there. Needless to say, I WILL be going there many more times...for help, for tuning/setup tips and just to experince awesome atmosphere. Thank you, Coyle's Richboro Music for your OUTSTANDING service!!!"
"I went into Richboro Music with my Taylor 12 string thinking the Bridge needed to be taken apart and regaled, along with a setup. I openly told Kevin that I didn't know the background on the guitar, and he told me that while it did not need the bridge regaled, he did recommend a bridge doctor, setup and a slight neck adjustment. I told him "okay, so like $250ish?" he said no, not even close, about a hundred dollars, give or take a set of strings. When Kevin had the chance to use my lack of knowledge to charge me whatever he wanted (and I would have paid it), he did not. Plus on top of that, my guitar sounds better than ever, and looking at the receipt, Kevin did much more maintenance on the guitar than was discussed so that it perms at its best! Thank you so much!"
"Great family-owned music store. One of the best in Bucks County! If you need your guitar fixed or refurbished, Kevin is the man to see. He made my Gretsch Viking look brand new again. Thanks Kevin!"
