"You can never EVER get an appointment same day when needed! My son had strep throat and when I called to have him seen the lady who answered the phone was RUDE from the start I guess she was upset she had to answer the phone. She exhailed loudly as she answered the phone asked me how she could help me I told her I needed to make an appointment for my son she said well we don't any available since its a half day. She did not even ask me what the problem was! It makes no difference that it was a half day I've called in the past you can never get an appointment for same-day when your child is actually sick!!! They are good for wellness check ups that you schedule months in advance."
