"I was unwell and had no alternative but to visit this place. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior was not welcoming, and they seemed indifferent despite my informing them about my insurance. I felt poorly treated, and as a result, I wouldn't consider going there again."

"I have previously been here and always treated well but tonight we brought my daughter here after another place had a really long wait. The girl at the front desk was so nice. My daughter who was already pretty upset had a nice time talking to her about their Christmas decorations. We were taken back really quickly and had some tests done. We were seen by Dr Lee and he was so nice and pleasant. He did a great job with my daughter and helped ease her anxiety. Would highly recommend!"

"I am very unhappy with the dr I saw. Went there Sunday before Thanksgiving with a cough I’ve had for 5 weeks. Thought she would send me for a chest X-ray, which SJ Radiology is nest door instead gave me 2 inhalers, did nothing and cost me $460. Went to my drs office today sent me for chest X-ray and I have double pneumonia. Could have been ahead of the game if the urgent care dr did this 2 weeks ago. If I ever need to go there again, I will call and see what dr is covering. If her, I’ll go elsewhere."

"The moment I walked in I was greeted by Kate at the front desk, she was so sweet and helpful. I ended up coming on the wrong day, my appt was actually the next day but Kate had my back … She had no problem asking the providers to squeeze me in thanks for being awesome Kate. I seen NP Bonnie who was also awesome ! I was in and out. This is a great UC. Everyone was really nice including the MA that roomed me."
