"LIARS AND THIEVES! My wife and I took two separate lots of items to their buyback. Over a week later, I had to call the store to find what the results. The offered me $4 for over forty DVDs. My wife was offered half of that for just as many (if not more) American girl books.i told them I was coming back for the items. I drove over forty miles to get our thing and they said that they had gotten rid of them! I complained and asked for management . I was told to call them. They NEVER returned my calls. They literally stole our stuff! NEVER USE THEM! I wish I could give zero stars."

"Friendly Staff and a great selection of all kinds of items. The sell back process is pretty smooth and easy, albeit a bit slow. Decent Selection of older video games/DVDs. Every book section is well organized and maintained. Haven't had any experience buying an instrument here, but they do carry them."

"Really good selection on books, movies, and music. Video games on newer consoles are fairly decent as well, but the selection on older consoles is slim to nothing. Also, the prices are peak market value for retro games that are in the display case, so dont look for a bargain in the case on games there might be 1 or 2 rarities. Other than that, the rest of the store selection is pretty great and reasonably priced. Had the largest anime section I've seen in years."

"Drove from Springfield Va to Woodbridge Va and took 25 mins plus gas. The time was 7:53 pm with 7 mins left until closing. We only wanted to go in real quick to buy a Starwars souvenir as a gift for Thanksgiving, but the door was locked and the guy would not let us in. He stood at the door and shook his head. What a waste of time."

"One of the better second hand shops in the area. It has all sorts of books, movies, and collectibles. You'll be able to find random hidden gems that you thought you were not able to find. Sometimes, this place is better than eBay when you're looking for something specific. I was able to find a couple of manga that I was looking for that were not available online. Trust me, it's a really awesome store. Try it."
