"I had called in about asking how much a wash, dry, and nail trim would be. I was told over the phone that they cannot give me a price. I would understand if they had asked me to bring the dog in and gave me a price BEFORE grooming. However, the gentleman on the phone told me that they would have to groom my dog first before giving me a price that could be anywhere between 60 to $100 plus. If I'm trying to shop around for pricing that's not going to do it. Also I only pay in cash so what happens if I were to come up short because they didn't give me a price? Completely ridiculous"
