"Horrible service! Went there with my 8 month old that was super congested and with a horrible cough. The first thing they said was that they were not busy and it would be a fast check! After being in the room we waited for over an hour to see the doctor! Kids get impatient normally and more when they are not feeling good! Waiting over an hour to see a doctor when they are not “busy” is absurd! Is supposed to be urgent care for a reason!"
"Waited 45 minutes until someone finally came to room. Doctor did not introduce himself, just started asking questions in a barely understandable tone. We brought our X-rays per instructions, only to be told the technician couldn't read them or use something more than two weeks old. Fun meter pegged, we left."
