"Switch to this place because their old dr took 2 months just to sign a paper and now I can’t even get a hold of anyone at this place. Still waiting on another paper to be signed now. Absolutely ridiculous. It’l says they are open but I’ve been calling and calling and nobody will answer their phone."

"Dr. Sue Bacheller should NOT be allowed to treat children. I was 17 and horribly sick, so my DAD took me in, without telling me or caring about my privacy she pregnancy tested me and told me I was pregnant right in front of my dad. No privacy. No care or compassion. Horrible. Even though I was very sick, she refused to see me because I was pregnant. Told me I needed to see an OB. I ended up in the ER with strep."

"This place went downhill after Dr. Shilpi left a few years ago. They consistently don't send prescriptions when they're supposed to. Recently my son had a bad ear infection, and he had to suffer all weekend because they didn't send his prescription over after his appointment on Friday. They had plenty of time to send it considering his appt was at 2:30 that day. And as I said, they do this more often than a proper, professional doctor's office should. So I'm sick of this place, and I'm switching my son to a new pediatrician. Did I mention they never even apologized?"

"Sue Bacheller NP refused to see my daughter because she didn't like my attitude in the waiting room. Then accused me of doing something or another at their Fort Gratiot office. ?????? Very unpleasant and unprofessional. We love Dr. Grace in Marysville, but we are leaving CHC after many years due to the odd office hours and rude treatment. Thanks"

"If i could give 0 stars i would. My 2 year old and 5 month old daughters both had fevers.runny noses.and a cough. Told me my 2 year old had a right ear infection. WASNT even going to prescribe her medicine and then decided to. Told me my 5 month old had NOTHING wrong and it was only a cold.went to their normal doctor the next day , Dr grace in marysvile which i HIGHLY recommend. And it turns out my 2 year old has a double ear infection. Her tonsils were super swollen and he told me they were fine. And my 5 month old has an ear infection so bad in her right ear that her EARDRUM ruptured. He even looked in her ears and TOLD me they were FINE.I absolutely do not recommend this office. This is not the first time that i have went there and had problems. Horrible office. Horrible doctors."
