"I’ve called everyday for the past 2 weeks and not once did anyone answer the phone I’m 6 months pregnant and don’t drive so I don’t wanna just go here for them to tell me I need an appointment and pay money for a Lyft.. there should be people able to answer the phone so people like myself can make an appointment."

"Some of the women at the desk are rude and it's sad if thats not the job you like to do maybe go work at fast food or do something else that you like to do. Being rude shouldn't be one of them smh.Better customer service training needs to be completed just saying."

"Me and my wife just went here this past Monday which as of this review was 12/13/21. I have to say I love this place. They are very helpful and give good advice with baby nutrition and really help out with assistance with formula and food for the baby. I would be so nervous if me and my wife didn't have this type of help. I have to say thank you to this place. The workers here are so incredibly nice too and good customer service they give. I highly recommend them to anyone that is about to be a parent"
