"They entirely cannot answer the phone. If they would just allow patients to submit a voicemail and the office call back, or perhaps have a more in depth directory to channel patients, it would be better. Hard to see a practitioner that I spend over an hour on hold every time I try to call."

"If I could give zero stars I would. My father who is a 93 year old veteran and is wheelchair bound resides in a Veteran Home and was NOT seen because the transportation van was more than 10 minutes late. Additionally, as a result of not being seen he had to miss his dialysis appointment!!! I travel from Virginia to attend all of my father’s appointments. I am APPALLED that no consideration is given to the elderly who has to be transported. He was 20 minutes late to his appointment. I arrived prior to my father and there were no other patients waiting to be seen!!!! This was an appointment from my father’s hospitalization from having water on his brain. They also had the audacity to ask if I wanted to re-schedule I told them absolutely NOT!! I dare not have my father be disappointed again if the van is late again. Jefferson Meadowbrook shame on you!!!! I chose to take my father elsewhere!!!"

"I met with Dr. LEE a couple of years ago due to headaches. I had an MRI done and the night of the MRI I had really bad migrane type headaches and I didn't know what to do so I called the emergency phone number to be connected to someone. I was unaware that the line connected to him. He was disgusting on the phone and said to me " I have other patients that have more serious issues and don't bother me at night with phone calls." I will never forget that interaction and he has been the only doctor that has ever had that type of communication with me. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go see a doctor that doesn't want to be bothered and doesn't care."

"I just wanted to say that this office is by far the best medical office I have ever been to. Sandra Mazzella is the CRNP here and she is the one who was able to figure out what was going on with me. I'm young, and most providers will just brush young adults off as healthy and stressed, not this CRNP! She took her time to get me proper testing done. She also notices the small things about you. I hadn't seen her in almost a year, and she noticed that I had more tattoos. I know she sees about 15 patients everyday, but it made me feel so valued that this provider would even remember me. I also wanted to include the staff in this comment. I work in the medical field in the office, and I have dealt with 100s of doctors offices, and this one is by far the best. Not only are they accommodating, but they're very efficient, and reassuring. I had an issue with my insurance, NOT the fault of the office, and this young girl, Giavanna, had made this very frustrating circumstance into a pleasurable experience. Not only did she make me laugh, but she was able to get me an appointment that fit my schedule (due to me having to cancel because my new insurance was not yet active). I had never thought that something as frustrating as insurance issues wound up being the phone call I was looking forward to that week because it meant I was able to interact with this staff member again. The whole experience from start to finish was great. I will continue to see this office. And though I haven't had an interaction with the manager, I just wanted to say that your staff is reflection of their leadership, so whatever you're doing, keep it going. And I hope you give Giavanna a raise because I would hire that girl in a heartbeat if I could at my office!!"
