"Horrible company who cares about nothing more than taking on as many clients as possible to bill insurance, state, or fed government for services. They will always recommend someone for treatment regardless of the fact the person has no issues especially if it's a state or fed client which guarantees them big money. Actually in process of filing state complaints & lawsuit as to the practice they employ. Sent someone to 3 different psychiatrist all deemed person did not need any type of treatment. But when they were seen by Oaks a simple intake counselor without the level of experience of a psychiatrist recommended the person receive treatment there on taxpayers dime without the person having any issues."
"I've had great success with them. My suboxone appointments are once a month. Therapy once every two weeks. Random drug tests and support when I need it. I've been on suboxone for four years and have been clean ever since! Plus, they take Medicare so I don't have to pay anything. Great place."
"I Do NOT recommend this facility! I feel the time that my family has invested here has been wasted. The children's program is completely out of control. I feel it's not structured, it's more a daycare service. My children walked away with more issues than when they started. I had went through multiple therapist over 2 years and feel nothing was resolved. I felt like my progress was stagnant while attending sessions here."
"I have a family member that has been there for five years, and I'm still trying to figure out what have they done to assist his needs. I haven't met any of the staff in person, but just from speaking on the phone, I believe the majority of the staff- (and must I name them?) are very unprofessional, and very opinionated because they feel they "can be." And for one, I am speaking of the Nurse Practioner, ok? She expressed her lopsided opinion, and I expressed mine. Now moving to housing. As far as needing housing, neither my son or myself is looking for free housing. I expect to contribute his monthly stipend for rent towards decent housing that I have been seeking wherever he may be placed. I worked my a$# off for over 33+ years with the State, retired, and reentered the workforce again after retirement. So I don't look for handouts...just a "hand up." I also worked my way through a Masters Degree, 2 Bachelors, and one Associate Degree without asking for a handout, so please don't get it twisted that we're looking for "free housing," as implied in the conversation I had with you Oaks workers today, after telling me "housing isn't free." I know this. I'm a two time homeowner. We're looking for housing as a way for him to transition to independence. It seems to me is all they care about is getting paid for each consumer/client. What a waste of precious time. Still going around the same ole' mountain after all this time. Hopefully, by switching to another Agency we will get much needed results. The turnover there is amazing, and it's no suprise. People, don't believe the false ads and fake smiles plastered all over FB and other social media. They talk a good game. It's a money thing. Trust me."
"This place just isn't precessional I have a family/ friend that go here. Staff are just unprofessional they don't, they don't care about the clients in there. Treatment isn't the best it seems as if they forget they are working with people who have mental health problems. It's completely sad to watch my friend got Through the pain she had to deal with when confronting her sister that attend her and it's sad that she have to worry about her sister when she leaves her there. As of recent a staff member pulled out her sister hair gave her a complete bald spot. It's nothing in the world that make the staff member think it was ok. And if she can go as far as pulling her hair out without care of anything happening what else is she doing. People send their family there with open trust that they will be safe and protected but instead it's the complete opposite. My friends have so much on her plate including worrying about her sisters, but she shouldn't be losing sleep because she is worried a careless staff member will harm her sister or worse. They need to fire and rehire new staff ASAP before things get worst. This is horrible but it can get worse when you have untrained insensitive unprofessional staff members running the business."
