"The receptionist was awesome (can't blame her) and the Dr. was very professional and polite however tried to squeeze every nickel out of me. I'm not here to ruin her reputation, as I said she was very nice and professional however my insurance covers a frame and lens 100% and she was basically negotiating a price for 1 pair of glasses which again, I have never over my 20 years with the same insurance company paid 1 penny out of pocket, and somehow she wanted $250 from me. I specifically said I would rather not pay anything out of pocket and receive what my insurance company would cover and still tried to get over $200 dollars from me out of pocket. 2 thumbs down."

"Wednesday was my first appointment with Dr Julia Zyrina, Optometrist, with Pine Vision Care in Newtown Square and what a visit I had. My first contact on arrival was with Keilah , the office manager, who was very attentive, kind and welcoming. While Dr Zyrina was finishing up with another patient, Keilah helped me to try on possible frames for my glasses. Keilah was rather enthusiastic and encouraged me to try on many different frames to discover the ones that suited me best. Dr Zyrina finished up with her patient and graciously came over to introduce herself to me. She was thorough with her questions about my general health and eye care. She explained why she was asking the questions and the importance of getting the best overall picture of my past health history and what role it will possible play in my future eye care. The eye exams were easy and precise as she explained what those photos revealed. I walked out of that office far more knowledgeable then when I walked in. I knew that I was dealing with the Best. I will joyfully show up for my yearly visits knowing I am in good hands."

"My experience at Pine Vision Care was excellent. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist/technician and was promptly taken back for my eye exam. Dr. Zyrina used the latest technology, was thorough, addressed my concerns and explained everything. The technician picked out a selection of frames she thought would look good on me and she and Dr. Zyrina helped me chose a pair. The office has an upscale boutique vibe and they went above and beyond to serve me."
