"They can’t answer the phone to save a life automated messages every click but when u go there is definitely jawns behind the desk everyone there just there to get a check and keep attitudes all day they don’t care about actually helping women and babies."
"Very unprofessional it’s crazy to think that I could ask for professionalism but I guess I have to. They do not communicate amongst themselves let alone to the people coming in, they you ask them a question they are in their personal phone taking calls and walking away from you when you walk up. I called 7 times in one day to speak with a nutritionist and every time I got sent to voice mail. How could you not be annoyed with they are unorganized, rude and talk about you when you are there. I am clearly here so I can feed my child but not m sure they don’t care."
"Called the office number over 10 times and keeps declining. This is ghetto and the staff is disgustingly rude"
"I definitely agree there are some ladies who can be abit snippy over the phone but overall I’ve had a good experience with this office. I believe a lot of it has to do with how you come off. I’m a big believer in killing folks with kindness and I will be respectful to you because at the end of the day, they are providing me with a service my baby and I need. Everyone so far as been extremely helpful and are willing to work with you…just gotta watch your tone. I’ve had some women start off nasty but turn into sweethearts and give me the most help once I speak. It does take a while to get them on the phone and there are a few different numbers you have to call to reach them…but once you do? Just remember…you don’t know what they are dealing with day in and day out…they put up with a lot of verbal abuse I’m sure. Being nasty to the workers won’t make them want to help you any quicker or even go out of their way for you. Just my two cents."
"I don't get wic but my daughter in-law do, she's been trying to reach them for over a month now and nobody will pick up the phone. My grand baby needs a special kind of milk and every since the shortage we cannot find it and she needs her vouchers to be changed to a different kind of milk that is available on the shelves, so we been having to pay for it. I'm on disability and trying to help her out is very stressful but my grand baby has to eat. Please answer your phone so she can get her vouchers changed. The state is saving a lot of money on this office behalf the way their running this office."
