"Over 10 years ago when I started bringing my whole family to be seen for medical needs the doctors and staff here was great. Over the years that is no longer the case. Many times I have made well visit appointments for which I have shown up before time and stuff waiting outside 20-30 minutes past my appointment before I am even taken back to be seen. Than waited 15-20 minutes for the doctor to come in and see me only to rush out the door in 5 minutes. Today I called to make a sick appointment and the call center said they do no accept calls before 9:15. My wife finally gets a hold of someone and schedules an appointment for 10:45 I walk in at 10:47 and wait behind a women to check out. After she walks away I am ignored by two people at the check in before I can check in. After the check in and paying my co pay it is not 11:52 and I am hold “oh your appointment is almost over” I take a seat and at 11:57 I am hold my appointment window is over so I can’t be seen. Would I like to come back at 3pm? I have never been in and out within a 15 minute appointment window. I would have a better chance at winning the lottery than being in and out in 15 minutes. All because I walked in 2 minutes late. If your looking for family care and primary doctor stay away from here. They are also understaffed because over 10 years ago you could go in and see you doctor and follow up with him/her now you see doctor #1 who orders test and the follow up is with doctor #2 so you have to explain everything over and over. Take my word for it and just stay away."

"I was transferred to the office after requesting to speak to a supervisor. An individual by the name of Nina answered the phone presenting very ignorant behavior. After explaining my situation she in turn raised her tone in a passive aggressive manner telling me that “me speaking to a manager isn’t going to change what the call center said so what is it I want to do schedule the appointment or not because the manager was not available until tomorrow.”As I informed her the passive aggressive behavior was not necessary and regardless of what her title is she is dealing with the public which still consist of customer service she still was dismissive not willing to accept the constructive criticism. At this point I would hope that my comment is taken into consideration and she is addressed and coached on her behavior as well as how to speak to an individual. Nina sounded to be of Hispanic descent in which as a minority myself it is cringing to see and or hear an individual act in such manner where as we are frowned upon as is."

"The scheduling service I suppose has been outsourced? This just in general does not make me feel too great about going to this location. Additionally, I could barely hear the poor girl who was trying to assist me, there is a delay and feedback on the call. As I'm providing some details, I'm wondering if my information is going to be stolen."

"I have been going to this practice for years and I would have been inclined to agree with many of the previous reviews. Good doctors, but poor office management. Today however, when I called for a referral expecting an answering machine, I was answered by a real person! She was extremely helpful in helping me take care of my request and assisted me with other questions outside of the referral. Let’s hope this trend continues!"
