Reviews of Opportunity Barks Behavior & Training
"Today Milo, Roo and I had the entire day to ourselves. The first day of Spring being nice out, we went for many walks and even did one through the woods behind my house. It was so enjoyable for us 3. Milo went to Boarding School as a big knucklehead only to return with some calm, much confidence and lots of controlled love. A total transformation, the Opportunity Barks Staff are such amazing, loving people who clearly enjoy their job. my wife and I are thrilled."
"Opbarks is the best place you can send your doggo. I found opbarks during my search for puppy classes when we brought home our puppy, but little did I know our relationship with opbarks would be a lifelong journey. We started with puppy classes to work on the foundations with our pup, and then went on to do a board and train and now she’s graduated into their adventure farm dog program where she gets to work on neutrality with other doggos and living her best off leash life, hiking the trails on their 10 acre farm. I recommend opbarks to everyone looking for a training program for their doggo, whether its puppy classes or a tune up for an older pup who needs some refreshers on the basics, opbarks has something for anyone and their pup. I love knowing that chessy is in great hands with all the amazing ladies at opbarks and still following the skills and training journey we chose for her. Don’t hesitate signing up for a class or program at opbarks, I promise you won’t regret it!"
"I recently enrolled my 10 month old golden pup, Mango in their Off-leash Adventure Farm Dog program and it was the best thing for her! She gets supervised play time with other dogs, one on one training, off leash hikes, down time and more at a 10 acre farm. Everyone on the Opbarks team is so nice and we have been working closely with trainer Alyssa. Mango used to be so nervous and skittish but her confidence has grown significantly since joining Farm Dogs. Now, she is a graduate of the program and we continue to bring her to the farm for her to socialize and have fun. She comes home ‘farm dog tired’ and we are both happy campers!"
"We brought home a puppy back in October 2019. I have never owned a puppy in my life, as I had adopted adult dogs in the past, so this was a new experience for me. We tried training on our own, but this breed in particular (Brittany) is particularly high energy and seemingly always in a hyperarousal state of mind. I had started talking to the team at Opportunity Barks for e-collar training, but right when we were going to do a series of private lessons, everything went in to lockdown for COVID-19. With my husband and I at the end of our rope with a dog named after the Roman god of war, I found out that Opportunity Barks was still offering their board & train sessions, and we decided to go that route. The dog I dropped off and the dog I picked up couldn't have been more different. Our buddy still gets caught up in his puppy antics, but now he has the tools he needs to calm his mind and make good choices. The freedom and accountability we have with the e-collar and working with Andrea is unbelievable. This was the best investment we could have made with Mars. Because of Opportunity Barks, we laid the foundation for many happy years to come as a member of our family, and we look forward to many adventures with him!"
