"These doctors have always gone above and beyond for my unbelievably painful ear infections. I can get in quickly for appts., and even when I showed up as an emergency case during lunch hours, they saw me. They wanted me in the hospital, but as FT caregiver to both parents they worked with me to heal at home. Dr. Mallen took me seriously when I said I wasn't a crier, so the fact I was crying he knew it was bad. Dr. Mallen did such a great job that instead of 2 to 4 visits in addition to what I had already been through, he healed the ear infection with 2 visits. I am so grateful, I can't put it into words. "I had an awesome experience with Dr. Mallen! I had a deviated septum, swollen turbinates, and bone spurs in my nose that made it very hard to breathe for years. I finally had enough and saw Dr. Mallen. He was so easy to work with, thoroughly explained everything, and listened to all of my concerns. I normally worry when it comes to doctors because I never feel fully satisfied or heard, but I left the office feeling confident in him. His nursing staff continously told me that he was an awesome doctor and a perfectionist so I was in good hands and boy were they right! Recovery from this surgery was about a week long. He also was able to take down the bump that I had in my nose that I did not like. It turned out beautiful (and functional!)!. I really am so pleased with how Dr. Mallen treated me. I have recommended him to everyone I know."
"Great experience. Went in two weeks ago with a minor issue, was given a prescription, and started to feel better within a week. Within two was completely better. I saw Dr. Mallen. He walked me through everything. I recommend him! I actually showed up 10 minutes early, and they saw me. I like that they respect my time."
