"This place was my go-to place for my vapes until today and I will never be returning here. I purchased a vape that was bad, only to return and be told by someone who I suspect is the owner that there’s nothing he can do and I have to take “the L” because he’s not the manufacturer. No apology, no remorse and absolute rudeness from that man’s mouth. The only reason why I didn’t stay to ask him to clarify what he meant by “taking an L” is because I was in a rush to get back to work. The employee who usually works there is always so friendly and nice to do business with BUT the person I saw today reeks of arrogance and is very ill-mannered. AVOID THIS PLACE if you want quality and good service."
