"I chose comprehensive neurology because the larger neurology groups have no availability for months out. This office was able to see me within a week for a consult and EMG was conducted by Dr. Pasupuleti. Unlike some of the ridiculous reviews I have read, I was met by courteous staff and medical assistants at this small office. Patients needs to realize that extended wait times could be the results of providers conducting tests and providers spending extra time with patients. At any given time, a neurologist might be on call at a local hospital -- these are factors beyond their control. I appreciate everything this practice did for me and I will recommend to others."

"Don't go here unless you like extended wait times over an hour just to be seen for 5 or 10 minutes. They literally dont answer the phones. They have a nice big sign that says " don't be rude to staff....". Also the bedside manner is terrible! You speak your concerns but no feedback or suggestions unless u want medicine. They don't fill out forms for accommodations either ."

"I have called MULTIPLE times to just pay a Bill??? I shouldn’t be putting forth this much effort to give you my money for treatment that sucked . I literally prayed to find a new office and thankfully I did so I’m not a patient here anymore but I’m still trying to pay my bill??? The service being provided to patients is unfair. It is complete negligence and honestly this office should be sued. The amount of times I ran out of medicine (that put me into complete withdraws bad enough to have to take off of work ) is dangerous. I’m just trying to pay my bill. But you should close your office."

"If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Was set up with appointments here through workers comp. Dr P took his sweet time seeing me sending me on my way to some therapy and a follow up. Now at my follow up waiting 1 hour to be seen. Dr walks in and leaves after his cell rang and disappeared for another 45 minutes ( still waiting as of this post). This place hasn’t been painted since it was built. Dead bugs in light fixtures. Furniture and equipment as old as I am. Cracks on the walls and floors. Pharma adds staples to the wall from years ago. Office notices posted from 2011 hanging on the doors. Avoid at all cost"
