"I just got diagnosed with COVID tonight. My wife was diagnosed on Tuesday. She had a teleheath with a Dr. Garritty. She is as prescribed poxlovid. She’s ok now. I call tonight and they tell me he can’t see me because I live in PA. My wife lives with me. What the hell happened? I’ve been a patient of Dr. Vaz for over 20 years. This guy needs to lose his license. And whoever made this error needs to be fired. I’m never going to trust anyone in this medical association again."
"My wife went to the Premiere location in Sparta for a colonoscopy…now we got a huge bill for it and the reason was : “ we don’t accept your insurance” So calling there the rude employee said “ well we don’t check all insurances “ ???? Are you crazy how do you plan on getting reimbursed??? That bill can go to collections I’ll never pay .. stay away from these incompetent people!"
"Today I saw Dr. Margaret Kozak for the first time and it was an awful experience. I came in for recurrent tonsilitis and before I could even finish reporting my symptoms, she cut me off and started lecturing me on COVID because "as a registered nurse, you should know better" because I told I did not get tested for COVID because what I have is tonsilitis and not COVID. She made it her point to flex her ego in front of the student she had with her to make me feel small because she thought she knew better than the patient. She belittled me, came at me with hostility and attitude, and was extremely unprofessional, condesending, rude, and plain nasty. I stopped her mid verbal assault to tell her how unprofessional she was being, how I did not appreciate her coming at me with her attitude, and that this was a HORRIBLE first impression. She began to back pedal, but the damage was already done. Doctor's and health care professionals are there to serve the patient, not to make them feel dumb, especially when your patient works in the same field and knows what they're talking. If I could give her a "0" out of five stars, I would. And I'm sorry that student has to learn from a doctor with that toxic of an attitude towards their patients."
"Worst run office. I have been TRYING to call for a month to set up my wellness and been on hold for an HOUR. Today I tried calling, holding for 45 minutes. Their useless patient portal only has virtual appointments which how can you get a wellness exam done virtually? Whoever is the office manager should be embarrassed. They’re clearly bad at that their job or majorly understaffed. I love my doctor and had been going to him since I was 16, and now got a new PCP due to this poorly run office and clueless front staff. Good job Premier. Lost a long time patient of 35 years."
"The medical staff, particularly Dr. Liloia, and his nurse are outstanding. Dr.is a compassionate, knowledgable physician who takes great care of his patients. HOWEVER, the practice has MUCH to work on. It is impossible to get through on the phone to book appointments, often waiting upwards of 40 minutes on hold and then being disconnected. Pharmacies can't contact the office for prescription renewals, so patients must call in and leave voicemails, which lately seem to go unanswered. Have been waiting on medication refill for over month now after several calls and messages. Now out almost 2 weeks with no blood pressure medication. ....and if you're actually sick and want to see a doctor - be prepared to be on hold for a long time and take days to get an appt....."
