"24 years of care by Dr Halper-she has never steered me wrong and has even cared for me on a Sunday, over the phone advising a pharmacist in another state in which I was vacationing! That pharmacist said something to the effect of “…you never see this …don’t ever give up this doctor”. I would go no where else-"

"Not my regular doctor, but I had a rapid test a couple of months ago and did return to see Dr Halpern about something else. Called now to schedule a PCR test, receptionist very rude, they're only booking appointments for patients in advance, and a PCR test takes a couple of days to get back so I should just go get a rapid test someplace else. Wow, I get it that everyone's booked up and so much testing, but do you have to be nasty about it?"

"Called to schedule a rapid Covid test required by the venue I am going to this weekend. Receptionist gave me an attitude about not being vaccinated. I don’t know anything about the doctors at this practice but the receptionist’s judgement and nasty attitude was enough to dissuade me from ever going here. Informed her I will get the test done somewhere else. Highly unprofessional behavior."

"Just got the phone with a “receptionist” looking for an appointment to get a COVID-19 test since they are listed as a testing site. I was given multiple false statements about their practice and was extremely disappointed with the service they provided. My experience was concluded by a very agitated receptionist hanging the phone up on me. I WILL NEVER go to or call this practice again and I hope others see this review and do the same. Save yourself some time and go someone better."
