Play & Learn

Play & Learn Norristown is a school located at 1430 DeKalb Street in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Our center, opened in February 2013, offers on-site childcare for Montgomery County employees and the local community. With spacious playgrounds and bright, cheerful classrooms, we provide a fun and educational environment for children of all ages.

Our convenient location near important community resources such as the courthouse, foodbank, and Early Learning Resource Center makes it easy for families to access valuable supports. We are also close to the Elmwood Park Zoo, where we host the Annual Granny Scholarship Family Event Fundraiser.

As the director of Play & Learn Norristown, Deserie Rivers is dedicated to helping children discover the joy of learning and develop a strong belief in their own abilities. With a background in Special Education and Elementary Education, Deserie ensures that children and staff appreciate and respect the diversity within our community.
