"Dr. Mintzer illegally and unethically shared CCES results with a third party for what I believe was a lump sum of cash. The party brought the documentation to court and read into the transcripts word for word what Dr. Mintzer. The best part - it wasn’t a custody matter what was being tried. He was Caught on the record. Unbelieveable. If you have ever had any dealings with this man, please report him to CCES. He needs to be removed from his position do unprofessional behavior, and I have a feeling I’m not the only one who had an issue with him. His reports are off the wall. He is well known from what I hear as an h see the table kind of guy who accepts cash for idiotic CCES reports. He is in a ton of IRS tax trouble as well. Check him out on people finders .com. Thank GOD the Judge didn’t use his bogus and biased report. He doesn’t pay taxes and owes hundreds of thousands dollars to the IRS. Dishonesty at its finest. His license needs to be removed."

"terrible disrespectful staff that takes advantage of situations to the point where Mintzer's supervisor got involved. Spoke down to me during sessions using inappropriate language and siding with the opposite party, and outlining that in his report. Thankfully, the judge saw through the situation and the matter was resolved in my favor a 100%, despite an unfair and conflicting incoherent information presented in Mintzer's disjointed report. Mintzer ought to retire asap and quit trying to ruin people's lives maliciously and unfairly as he tried to do with mine. but he failed. Just look him and see what other patients are saying."
