"If I could give this office 0 starts I would. The only good thing about my visit was the reception staff were friendly. I went in for a simple ingrown toe removal procedure which the doctor clearly had 0 idea what she was doing. She incorrectly performed the procedure including where she placed the numbing needles, and provided 0 information/documentation on any risks associated. This resulted in be going to another doctor to have what she did re-done. I had 0 pain when the procedure was re-done and it was a quick and easy procedure. When she did it I was crying in pain and on the verge of passing out and she told me that was normal……stay away at all costs unless you want to experience the worst pain in your life for no reason. Also- was not informed of the possibility my nail could completely detach. Which they both did. And it can take up to 18 months to grow back now. Way to kill a girls summer."

"*Unprofessional* I had my first appointment with Dr. Filoromo on February 3rd and had a procedure done everything was great, until I went back on February 24th for my scheduled appointment to get my other foot done. I planned the day off work so I could go to the appointment I arrived at the office only to be told that he can't do my other foot becaue it requires authorization I simply asked why that wasn't requested when my appointment was scheduled he became irate with me telling me "he's not going to argue with me and if I don't like his services I can go somewhere else" I'm in so much pain to have to wait another two weeks is unfortunate. I considered paying out of pocket but why should I since they obviously didn't do their job. I was told it takes 2 weeks to get authorization but after being treated that way I will take my money and insurance elsewhere I wouldn't feel comfortable with him touching me after the way he treated me. There was zero communication between appointments regarding needing authorization. My time is just as valuable as the next. The fact I was already in pain and would have to wait a total of 4 weeks in pain is disgusting because they dropped the ball."
